RCRS admits students annually from all over Pakistan. The admissions are based on merit and open to all eligible candidates with no discrimination towards their ethnicity, race, religion, or domicile. The candidates apply on prescribed online system for the RCRS Programs.

The applications through online portal of the college shall be accepted for scrutiny and merit formulation.

All eligible applicants must appear in the interview.
Students are required to bring their original academic certificates and documents at the time of their scheduled interviews.

The applicants shall be bound to provide the following documents once selected:
- SSC / IBCC Certificate
- HSSC / IBCC Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- CNIC / Form ‘B’ of Applicant and Father
- Passport Size Photograph

Communication to the applicants will be strictly through text message / email address provided by the applicant.

Admission offer will remain conditional subject to verification of documents, medical fitness, fee deposit, and other conditions (as described in Admission Offer Letter) within the stipulated period.

All admitted students and their parent/guardian will be required to submit an affidavit on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly notarized by a notary, stating the acceptance of RCRS required disciplinary, legal, financial responsibilities and all other rules and regulations.
